Using socio-economic background data to inform action: Practical guidance for employers

45-minute webinar: Tuesday 5 November, 12 midday-12.45pm

How to use SEB data to make plans and decisions within your organisation.

The Bridge Group is offering a series of free, on-line webinars, offering practical guidance.

In the second webinar in the series, on Tuesday 5 November, we held a short and practical session that looked at how organisations can use their socio-economic background (SEB) data to make decisions and create evidence-informed action plans. We looked at how the findings from the data can inform policy and practice, leading to robust evaluation of different approaches, and the assessment of progress over time. We discussed how data insights can be harnessed to inform and evaluate efforts across the entire employee lifecycle – including outreach, hiring, performance, progression, and leaving.
