Resources to help you take action

The Bridge Group has helped shift national policy, improve employer practice, and influence how talent is identified, developed and rewarded. We have undertaken pioneering research to design practical solutions, and worked with many partners and policy makers to deliver change. During this time, much of our research findings and expertise has been freely available.

Events

The Bridge Group convenes organisations across sectors to share insights, align practice and drive measurable change.

We run launch events to support the publication of individual research reports and toolkits. We also run themed events, usually online and freely accessible to anyone, in which we share anonymised aggregate findings from unpublished material.

Our events bring together senior colleagues and expert practitioners from different sectors, and include plenty of practical actions to take away, including recordings of the events.

Webinar series for organisations that want to build socio-economic inclusion in their workforce

In 2024 and 2025, the Bridge Group held a series of three on-line webinars, offering practical guidance to organisations that are new to collecting socio-economic background data.

You can catch up on the outputs of the events, including the recordings at the links below.

1: Collecting socio-economic background data.

2: Using socio-economic background data to inform action.

3: Setting targets for socio-economic diversity in the workforce.
